Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 24–48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST on Saturdays will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time during weekends, holidays, and for pre-order items.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are scheduled for future availability. Items labeled as PRE-ORDER will ship on their designated release date. Once your pre-order is submitted, the item will be reserved for you and dispatched as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive an email notification once the shipment has been sent.

Coupon Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Please ensure you click Apply to update your order total before completing the purchase. We are unable to modify prices after an order has been submitted. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or added retroactively.

Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for assistance. If the package remains unresolved 7 days after being marked as delivered, please reach out to us. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a complimentary replacement. Please note that refunds are not provided for lost packages.

Taxes & Duties
Customs regulations require us to declare the value of your order on all international packages. All customs duties, import fees, taxes, and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, including in cases where shipments are refused upon delivery.

Currency Conversions
While you may select your preferred local currency on our website, all orders are processed and charged in U.S. dollars at checkout. Your credit card provider determines the exact exchange rate applied to your transaction, which should closely reflect the current market rate. We are not responsible for any price variations resulting from currency conversion by your financial institution.
