30 - Day Return Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please note that all return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Exception to Free Returns

We do not offer free returns for items ordered in error or for purchases made without careful review before checkout. We strongly encourage customers to verify all order details prior to completing the transaction. In cases where the incorrect item was selected by the customer, the return shipping cost of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount, depended on each cases.


Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and intact condition, including all original packaging. Items that are altered, damaged, or show signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  4. Location-Based Return Policy: Free returns are offered only to customers within the USA. Customers outside the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees.


Partial Refunds

When a partial refund is offered and the customer chooses to keep the item, please note:

  • Customer-paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The only exception is when free shipping was provided by us, typically upon meeting a minimum purchase requirement.

  • Shipping fees are paid directly to USPS or another carrier selected at checkout and are not considered part of the product price.


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Shipping Fees are non-refundable: Shipping fees are paid directly to USPS or another carrier selected at checkout and are not considered part of the product price.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment depending on your banking institution

  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
